Benefits Website – Help With Enrollment: The site features access to a myriad of tools, including newsletters, information on incentive programs and a Benefits Toolbox. The site also contains some custom components, including a customized DocFind® directory, which provides quick and easy access to doctor and hospital listings and a Cost Estimator/Modeling Tool that helps consumers manage their health care expenses today and save for the future.

Health and Wellness Website – Content Management System: This wellness site was built with a fresh, vibrant look on a dynamic platform to allow for a content management system (CMS). With a CMS, selected employees from ConocoPhillips could update and maintain all content on their site. After just a few hours of training, they were off and running – adding new content to the site with ease. To add consumerism messaging to their wellness site, ConocoPhillips also purchased Healthy Priorities III, CCG’s consumerism communications toolkit, and have used the articles and quizzes on a monthly basis.

Health and Wellness Website: Inova Health System requested a comprehensive website to help their employees understand the plans they offer and how they work. Launched for the open enrollment period, this site provides plan information through examples, Flash presentations, and online tools. This website has proven to be very successful for enrollment into the Aetna Health Savings Account High Deductible Health Plan.

The site includes video vignettes to help employees learn about the CDHP plan, with links to online tools and calculators to assist employees with making informed health plan decisions.

Health and Wellness Website – Multiple Vendors: Praxair introduced Healthy Living, a health and wellness program, to their Aetna, CIGNA and BlueCross BlueShield members. This site provides information about the programs that are part of the Healthy Living initiative, with access to online tools, health and wellness articles and resources.

Benefits Website – Unique Audience, Hard To Reach: This website was created with a very unique audience and health benefits plan in mind. Regis employees are primarily young females who are not engaged in their benefits. As you’ll see, the tone, design, and presentation of the content appealed to this younger, Web-savvy audience.

It provides links to online tools, programs, forms, and summary plan descriptions, as well as their online enrollment vendor.

Special Program Website – Care Advocate Team: The Verizon website is a supplement to their print communications about a special Care Advocate Team (CAT) program for their employees. The CAT program is a team of specially-trained nurses and skilled health care professionals dedicated to helping employees, retirees and their families with their health care needs. In addition to information about the program, the site includes an online form that is sent directly to the Care Advocate Team.

Benefits Website – CDHP Launch to a Web-Savvy Audience: The Yahoo! site was developed to introduce a Consumer Directed Health Plan option to an employee population of Web experts. This site was designed to be visually appealing and provide information in quick, manageable chunks so that employees can quickly and easily navigate the site to learn about the new plan offering. This site also has an additional module geared specifically to newly-enrolled members that highlights the steps to take after enrollment to appreciate the full value of the plan.

Benefits Website – High Performance Network Introduction: The Aexcel site was created to introduce the Aexcel high performance network to Yahoo! employees. In addition to providing information about the network and its participating specialists, it features a screen where employees can enter their zip code to see if they live in an Aexcel-designated network area.
