Choose well. Live well. Life is full of choices for healthy living. At Praxair, we want to help you make the right choices. If you are healthy, we want to help keep you that way. If you suffer from a chronic condition or are at risk for a disease or condition, we want to help you live the best life you can. That’s why we’ve invested in healthy living programs and are providing them to you at no additional cost as part of your medical plan membership. Please use this website to learn about and easily access all your health and wellness programs. You’ll also find tips on staying well, health news, helpful resources and much more.

The Healthy Living program is available to participants in Praxair’s medical plans who are enrolled in most Aetna and CIGNA plan options. Healthy Living is not currently available to (a) certain collectively bargained employee groups and their dependents, (b) participants covered under the CIGNA International coverage option, and (c) participants covered under the Praxair Major Medical Medicare Supplement Program (MMMSP).
